電機保護器顯示過載解決辦法:
1、電機保護器參(can)數(shu)檢查(cha):
(1)電機保護器內(nei)置(zhi)CT與外置(zhi)CT電流及等(deng)級是否一致。
解決方案:不一致跟(gen)換一致的CT或電機(ji)保護器。
(2)電機保護器參數額(e)定(ding)電流與電機銘牌額(e)定(ding)電流是否一致。
解決(jue)方案(an):不一(yi)(yi)致將電(dian)機(ji)保護器參數設置成與電(dian)機(ji)銘(ming)牌(pai)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)流一(yi)(yi)致。
(3)電機保護器參數過載(zai)電流定值及過載(zai)時間(jian)設置(zhi)是否恰當。
解決方案:不恰(qia)當時將電(dian)機(ji)過載電(dian)流設置為1.2倍電(dian)機(ji)額定電(dian)流;過載時間適當放長。
2、啟動電(dian)(dian)(dian)機,用鉗形電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流與電(dian)(dian)(dian)機保護器檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流對比,確認工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流是否的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流范圍內。
解決方案:如(ru)有過載(zai),檢(jian)查(cha)或檢(jian)修電(dian)機(ji)。
