電動機保護器的五種類型
1、熱(re)繼電器:普(pu)通小容量交流(liu)電動機,良好工(gong)作條(tiao)件,不存在(zai)頻(pin)繁啟動等(deng)惡劣工(gong)況,由于精度差,缺(que)少缺(que)相(xiang)保護功能,可(ke)靠性不能保證,不推薦使(shi)用。
2、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機保護(hu)器:檢測三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值(zhi),整定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值(zhi)采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位器旋(xuan)鈕或(huo)拔碼(ma)開關操作,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路一般采用模擬式,采用反時(shi)限工(gong)作特(te)性。保護(hu)功能包括過(guo)載、缺相(xiang)(xiang)、三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不平衡、等故(gu)障保護(hu),故(gu)障類(lei)型采用指示燈顯(xian)示,如UL-E2系列便(bian)是此類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機保護(hu)器。
3、綜合智(zhi)能(neng)型:檢測三相電流值,電機保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)單片機,實(shi)現(xian)電動(dong)(dong)機智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)綜合保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),集保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、測量、顯示(shi)(shi)為一體。整定(ding)電流采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)數(shu)字設定(ding),通過(guo)操(cao)作(zuo)面板按鈕來操(cao)作(zuo),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶可以根據自己實(shi)際使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)要求和(he)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)情況在現(xian)場自行對各種參(can)數(shu)修正設定(ding),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)數(shu)碼管作(zuo)為顯示(shi)(shi)窗口,或采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)大屏幕液(ye)晶顯示(shi)(shi)價格相對高些,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)較重要場合,目前高壓電動(dong)(dong)機保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)型。
4、熱(re)保護型(xing):在電(dian)動機(ji)中埋入熱(re)元件,根據電(dian)動機(ji)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)進行保護,保護一般,并且具有溫(wen)(wen)度(du)滯后(hou)性,但(dan)電(dian)動機(ji)容(rong)量較(jiao)大時,需與電(dian)流監測型(xing)配合(he)使用,避(bi)免電(dian)動機(ji)堵轉時溫(wen)(wen)度(du)急(ji)劇上升,由于測溫(wen)(wen)元件的(de)滯后(hou)性,導致(zhi)電(dian)動機(ji)繞組受損。
5、磁(ci)場溫(wen)(wen)度(du)檢(jian)測(ce)型:在電動機中(zhong)埋(mai)入磁(ci)場檢(jian)測(ce)線(xian)圈和(he)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)探頭(tou),根據電動機內(nei)部旋轉(zhuan)磁(ci)場的(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)和(he)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)進行保護,主要功(gong)能包括過載、堵轉(zhuan)、缺相、過熱保護和(he)磨(mo)損監測(ce),保護功(gong)能完善(shan),缺點(dian)是需在電動機內(nei)部安裝磁(ci)場檢(jian)測(ce)線(xian)圈和(he)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器,難以在復雜的(de)現場環境使用,目前只適(shi)合(he)于實驗室使用。
