電動機保護器頻繁跳閘原因分析及處理措施

1.設備故障情況概述 

北京某燃氣熱電有限公司脫銷系統2#稀釋排煙風機啟動后運行正常,電動機保護器顯示電流與實際電流一致,指示狀態與實際狀態相符合,但在運行過程中不定時頻繁停車,裝置記錄DI停車,但檢查DCS系統記錄,遠方未發出停止信號;檢查裝置外回路中間繼電器動作情況正常,接線無松動現象;檢查電機絕緣、溫度無異常,控制柜內溫度無異常,重新啟動系統繼續正常運行,運行過程中重復停車。由于2#稀釋排煙風機頻繁停車,造成公司NOX排放值間斷性超出公司內部控制值(15mg),給工廠環保工作造成巨大壓力,同時也給公司經濟利益造成一定損失。 

2#稀釋(shi)排(pai)煙(yan)風機(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)回路(lu)原始狀態:2#稀釋(shi)排(pai)煙(yan)風機(ji)采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)控制(zhi)(zhi)、保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu),遠方、就地(di)切換(huan)控制(zhi)(zhi),啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)信號控制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)間繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)節點(dian)用(yong)于控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)DI輸入;電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)接收(shou)到啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平信號后馬達保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)D0節點(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作發出合閘命(ming)令作用(yong)于主回路(lu)接觸器(qi);風機(ji)運行(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)狀態顯示正確,與實際狀態相一致;但(dan)(dan)在2#稀釋(shi)排(pai)煙(yan)風機(ji)運行(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong),裝(zhuang)置不定時停車,裝(zhuang)置記(ji)錄(lu)DI停車,但(dan)(dan)檢查(cha)控制(zhi)(zhi)回路(lu)并(bing)未發出停車命(ming)令。 

2.2#稀釋排煙風機頻繁停車原因分析 

經過現(xian)場多次試(shi)驗,對(dui)試(shi)驗結果分析(xi),分析(xi)頻繁停車(che)可能(neng)原因有如下(xia)幾點。 

(1)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器個體對電(dian)(dian)平信(xin)號(hao)掃描精度不夠,造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器DI接(jie)收到的(de)電(dian)(dian)平信(xin)號(hao)存在短暫丟失(shi)現(xian)象,導致電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器誤認為啟動(dong)信(xin)號(hao)消失(shi),同時D0所發出的(de)合(he)閘命令也隨之消失(shi),造成(cheng)風機(ji)(ji)停車。 

(2)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。導致出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)原因有(you)很多,既(ji)有(you)線路上(shang)的(de)問題,保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)本身也(ye)存在一(yi)定(ding)問題。在認(ren)真檢查電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)后,導致出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)原因有(you)以下幾(ji)點:①連線出(chu)現(xian)錯誤(wu),不(bu)能讓三相(xiang)處于(yu)平(ping)衡(heng)狀態,保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)容易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。部分保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)后方零(ling)線接地,也(ye)有(you)一(yi)些連接到(dao)其(qi)他(ta)零(ling)線上(shang),并且保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)后方相(xiang)線也(ye)連接到(dao)其(qi)他(ta)支路同相(xiang)相(xiang)線上(shang),負荷跨接在保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)電源側和負載側,再(zai)將負載接通后,保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)會因此出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。②絕(jue)(jue)緣惡化。保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)后方一(yi)相(xiang)對(dui)地絕(jue)(jue)緣有(you)損壞(huai),降低(di)(di)了(le)對(dui)地絕(jue)(jue)緣的(de)不(bu)對(dui)稱性,因此有(you)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)泄露電流產(chan)(chan)生,導致保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。③合閘無法同步(bu)進行,此時(shi)先合閘的(de)一(yi)相(xiang)產(chan)(chan)生了(le)較大的(de)泄露電流,造成(cheng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。④保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)質(zhi)(zhi)量問題。因為零(ling)件質(zhi)(zhi)量不(bu)高(gao),并且也(ye)沒有(you)較好地進行裝配,這樣降低(di)(di)了(le)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性和可靠性,從而產(chan)(chan)生誤(wu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)。 

(3)拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。雖然拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)比誤動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)少見,但是由(you)于其造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)危險性很(hen)大(da)(da),所以要(yao)盡量(liang)避免。本(ben)次故(gu)障出現的(de)拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)主要(yao)原因分析如(ru)下:①接(jie)線(xian)錯誤,在保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內部接(jie)入了用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)外(wai)殼上的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)線(xian),即PE線(xian),這(zhe)樣設備(bei)會發(fa)生漏電(dian)(dian)(dian),從而引(yin)起拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。②沒(mei)有選擇適宜的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。選擇了較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,造(zao)成(cheng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)生拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。③零件(jian)設備(bei)質量(liang)偏低,存在著很(hen)多質量(liang)問(wen)題,比如(ru)互感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)二次回(hui)路(lu)斷路(lu)等,造(zao)成(cheng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出現拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。④線(xian)路(lu)絕緣(yuan)阻(zu)抗下降,線(xian)路(lu)過長。因為一部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)擊電(dian)(dian)(dian)流沿著保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后方絕緣(yuan)阻(zu)抗流過保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)并返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,此過程(cheng)沒(mei)有通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)網工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)接(jie)地和(he)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)前方絕緣(yuan)阻(zu)抗,造(zao)成(cheng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出現拒動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。 

3.采取的措施 

在電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護器(qi)(qi)運轉過程中,必須確保(bao)其(qi)外殼、各(ge)部件、連接(jie)端子(zi)的(de)清潔,并且不能出現損壞。此(ci)外,要(yao)牢固地進(jin)(jin)行連接(jie),端子(zi)處不能有變色的(de)問題,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護器(qi)(qi)的(de)開關能夠靈(ling)活操作。再將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護器(qi)(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)完成后,要(yao)進(jin)(jin)行試(shi)驗,檢(jian)查其(qi)工(gong)作特性是否達標,只有檢(jian)驗合格后方可投入(ru)到實際使用中。當然在使用中還(huan)應該定期(qi)對其(qi)可靠(kao)性進(jin)(jin)行檢(jian)驗,為(wei)有效防止(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)阻被燒壞,試(shi)驗的(de)次數要(yao)合理(li)控制好。 

電動機保護器在投入使用后,外殼膠木件的溫度必須在65%以下,外殼金屬件的溫度要在55%以下。保護器一次電路各部絕緣電阻要在1.5MQ以上。電動機保護器出現掉閘問題后,需要立即查找原因,爭取第一時間排除所有故障,之后再合閘送電。 

結合分(fen)析的(de)(de)(de)停(ting)車原(yuan)因,制定(ding)了相應的(de)(de)(de)改進(jin)(jin)措施并咨詢電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器廠(chang)家意見后對整(zheng)體回(hui)路進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)了如(ru)下改進(jin)(jin):將裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)信(xin)號由(you)原(yuan)來中間繼電器控制的(de)(de)(de)電平(ping)信(xin)號改成直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)由(you)DCS系統或(huo)就地按(an)鈕發出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)信(xin)號,同時增(zeng)加停(ting)車DI輸入(ru),同樣采用(yong)脈沖(chong)輸入(ru);啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、停(ting)止(zhi)信(xin)號采用(yong)常(chang)開(kai)脈沖(chong)。由(you)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)保護器本身保持接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器動(dong)(dong)(dong)作,風(feng)機(ji)(ji)運行(xing)(xing);當遠方DCS發出(chu)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)信(xin)號時,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)接(jie)(jie)收脈沖(chong)信(xin)號,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)D0發出(chu)合閘命令作用(yong)于主回(hui)路接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器,風(feng)機(ji)(ji)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong);當遠方DCS發出(chu)停(ting)止(zhi)信(xin)號時,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)D0輸出(chu)消失,主回(hui)路接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器跳開(kai),風(feng)機(ji)(ji)停(ting)機(ji)(ji)。改進(jin)(jin)后2#稀釋(shi)排煙風(feng)機(ji)(ji)運行(xing)(xing)穩定(ding),連續運行(xing)(xing)未(wei)出(chu)現(xian)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)停(ting)機(ji)(ji)現(xian)象。

4.電動機保護器控制回路改進的意義 

(1)改動前裝置(zhi)頻繁發出停車命(ming)令,造成(cheng)(cheng)2#稀(xi)釋(shi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙風(feng)(feng)機停用(yong)(yong)(yong),導致NOX等排(pai)(pai)(pai)放物超過(guo)(guo)公(gong)司(si)控(kong)制值(zhi)(zhi)(15mg/m3),雖然遠(yuan)遠(yuan)低于北京市對NOX的(de)(de)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放控(kong)制值(zhi)(zhi)(30mg/m3),但是NOX排(pai)(pai)(pai)放增多對環(huan)境(jing)污(wu)(wu)染造成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)影響加大(da);同時NOX排(pai)(pai)(pai)放物增多,按照目前環(huan)保相關法規(gui)規(gui)定,按照污(wu)(wu)染物排(pai)(pai)(pai)放多少繳納(na)(na)排(pai)(pai)(pai)污(wu)(wu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong),因此,風(feng)(feng)機停用(yong)(yong)(yong)造成(cheng)(cheng)NOX排(pai)(pai)(pai)放量(liang)增加將(jiang)需繳納(na)(na)大(da)量(liang)排(pai)(pai)(pai)污(wu)(wu)費(fei)。經(jing)過(guo)(guo)改進控(kong)制回路(lu)接線方式,保證2#稀(xi)釋(shi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)煙風(feng)(feng)機穩定運行,NOX排(pai)(pai)(pai)放一直保持在(zai)公(gong)司(si)控(kong)制值(zhi)(zhi)以下,節省了大(da)量(liang)排(pai)(pai)(pai)污(wu)(wu)費(fei),實現了經(jing)濟效益(yi)的(de)(de)提(ti)升(sheng)。   (2)控制(zhi)回(hui)路改進前,由于(yu)2#稀釋排(pai)煙風機(ji)(ji)(ji)頻繁(fan)跳閘,給整體脫銷系統運(yun)(yun)行造(zao)成一(yi)定影響(xiang)(xiang),給機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)安(an)全穩定運(yun)(yun)行帶來一(yi)定的(de)(de)隱患。在電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)保(bao)護器(qi)頻繁(fan)出現跳閘問題后,如果不及時進行處理,會(hui)造(zao)成巨(ju)大(da)的(de)(de)經濟效(xiao)益損失,影響(xiang)(xiang)正(zheng)常(chang)工作的(de)(de)開展。因(yin)此,需(xu)要更換相(xiang)關設備(bei),保(bao)證(zheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)、系統的(de)(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)(yun)行;本次(ci)控制(zhi)回(hui)路改進,節省了(le)更換相(xiang)關設備(bei)的(de)(de)購置費用,并且有效(xiao)解決了(le)電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)保(bao)護器(qi)頻繁(fan)跳閘的(de)(de)問題,保(bao)障了(le)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)設備(bei)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)(yun)行。

(4)電動機保護器安裝使用注意事項。要注重布局的合理性,嚴格按照控制單元與執行單元,饋電單元與測量單元、強電元件與弱電原件分開布置組裝的原則進行。在將多個馬達保護器安裝在同一個低壓配電盤柜、箱內時,要集中布置電動機保護器,安裝時保證朝著同一個方向,并串聯連接好電動機保護器間的通訊線,應在盤柜和箱體容易引出部位的接線端子處留出網絡連接線端子。與電動機保護器相匹配的電流互感器與普通電力互感器不同,是通過特殊制作而成的,必須在控制器配套的電流互感器模塊連接控制器本體提供的電流輸入端子(IA,IB,IC,IN)。在安裝電動機保護器配套的電流互感器時,主回路A,B,C三相要和互感器A,B,c三相分別進行對應,穿線過程中互感器進出線放線要保持一致的方向和順序,按照ABC,BCA,CAB正序方向接入,這樣電動機保護器才能正常工作。要正確設置電流互感器CT變比數,不然網絡監控系統會由于設備運行電流不正常報警停機或顯示異常。只有正確安裝好電動機保護器,才能避免其頻繁出現跳閘問題。 

5.結語 

總之,在電機運行過程中,跳閘是一個較為普遍的問題,主要是因為保護器處于潮濕的地方,降低了其絕緣程度,并且在電器如控制開關、插座等長時間使用過程中,也會導致其絕緣降低,造成相線接地。如果不能及時進行搶修,將導致長時間無法正常供電,電機設備也不能正常運轉,從而影響生產效益。本文對北京某燃氣熱電有限公司在對脫銷系統2#稀釋排煙風機電動機保護器控制回路改進后,運行至今未出現跳閘停車現象,證明對脫銷系統2#稀釋排煙風機電動機保護器控制回路的改進是有效的。
